Waterloo special Town Council meeting

Due to a recent change in Indiana State Code, the Town Council of Waterloo will hold a special public meeting at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 30 at 4 p.m. in the Waterloo Town Hall.  The Council will consider a resolution to designate underground utility areas.
