Glen Hartman Honored

David Bolton, president of the Waterloo Town Council, recognized Glen Hartman for his lifetime of dedication to the Town of Waterloo. Hartman is retiring from seasonal cemetery work for the Town and has served many boards in the past, including elections to the Town Council.  He will remain on the Redevelopment Commission for this year.
