Impact Description: Scheduled System Maintenance, 4/18/21
Possible Impacted Areas:
Biller Portals, Customer Portals, Virtual Sites, IVR Lines 

 

Invoice Cloud portals and IVR lines will be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance on Sunday morning, April 18, 2021, from 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM EDT.

What is being done:
This work is required for standard updates to our operating system. The service outage may require less time, but the maintenance window has been scheduled for three hours. A maintenance message will be displayed to payers who attempt to access Invoice Cloud during this time. After the updates are complete, the system will become available again and any pending processes will resume.
