NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REZONING PETITION

TOWN OF WATERLOO PLAN COMMISSION

The Town of Waterloo Plan Commission will continue a public hearing at 4:30 P.M., local time, on Monday, July 24, at the Waterloo Town Hall, 280 S Wayne Street, Waterloo, Indiana.  The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider rezoning of the property at 135 W Union Street.  The Legal Description for which is:

Lot 20, OP Town of Waterloo, DeKalb County Indiana

The subject property is proposed to be re-classified from Urban Residential (UR) to General Business (GB)  zone by petition from Steven Johnson.

The public is invited to attend and comment, orally or in writing.  Any written comments or objections submitted prior to the meeting will be considered during the meeting and made a part of the public record.  The hearing may be continued from time to time as determined by the Plan Commission.

Copies of the proposed rezoning petition are available for inspection at the Waterloo Town Hall.
