REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals will be received at the Office of the Town Manager, Waterloo Town Hall, 280 S. Wayne Street, Waterloo, Indiana 46793 until 4:00 p.m., (local time) on Friday, October 21, 2022, for

WATERLOO DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT AREA

200 Block of N. Wayne Street

Submitted proposals will be reviewed at the regular meeting of the Town of Waterloo Redevelopment Commission to be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at 5:00pm. at Waterloo Town Depot, 485 W. Van Vleek Street, Waterloo, IN, 46793.

The Request for Proposal Documents may be examined without charge at the Office of the Town Manager located at the Town Hall, 280 S. Wayne Street, Waterloo, Indiana. PDF copy of the Request for Proposal may also be obtained by email by submitting a request to Town Manager Pamela Howard at townmanager@waterlooin.gov.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the terms of the Request for Proposals.

No Proposer may withdraw a submittal within 60 days after the actual date of the RFP opening.

The Town of Waterloo, by and through its Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive any irregularities in the submittal process and to make an award in the best interest of the Town.
