Halloween Fun in Waterloo

Get your costumes ready!  Waterloo will have children’s games and activities on Friday, October 28 in Thomson Memorial Park from 4:30 – 6 p.m. followed by trick-or-treating across Town from 6 – 8 p.m.  The events are sponsored by Nucor Building Systems, the Town of Waterloo and the events committee.
