The Town of Waterloo, Indiana, is seeking a dynamic and skillful Town Manager to lead the efficient administration of all municipal operations. This pivotal role involves optimizing daily functions, implementing Town Council policies, and ensuring financial integrity through strategic planning and fiscal oversight.
With a strong emphasis on collaboration and community engagement, the Town Manager works closely with the Council, employees, Town commissions and committees, and external stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include budget management, regulatory compliance at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as leadership in critical initiatives such as zoning, infrastructure development, growth management, and environmental preservation.
