Springfest Set for April 30, 2016
The annual spring event in Waterloo will have a slightly different layout this year, as we anticipate construction work taking place along Van Vleek Street. We’ll still have activity in Francis Thomson Park, but we also plan to close downtown streets for the classic car, truck and tractor show and various vendors.
