Town Expands Zoning Authority

The Town of Waterloo and DeKalb County Indiana are working cooperatively to craft an Extra Territorial Agreement for zoning control around the perimeter of the Waterloo town limits.  Members of both the DeKalb County and Waterloo Plan Commissions have met and approved an agreement that has been forwarded to the Waterloo Town Council and DeKalb County Commissioners for review.  The Waterloo Town Council will consider the agreement at the August 8, 2017 regular meeting.  Details about the agreement are attached. ETJ Agreement Waterloo FINAL
