The public is invited to come see the cars and visit with members of the car club.  The depot is located at 485 W. Van Vleek Street, Waterloo IN  46793.

The Waterloo Depot has become a popular spot for events and car tours. Members enjoy the displays and railroad memorabilia in the station as well as the large, paved street and parking lot for displaying vehicles.  Volunteers from Friends of the Depot will be on hand to answer questions about the train station and artifacts.

The purpose of the Midwest Brass & Gas Car Club is to encourage the acquisition, restoration and preservation of the automobiles Model year 1912 or earlier. The club gathers together to tour unique and interesting areas with their cars. They encourage their members to provide information to the public about the brass era of automobile history.

On September 7, they will gather at Pokagon State Park for the “Three Corners Tour“ which will take them through parts of Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.

The morning of September 9th they will wind their way to the Town of Hamilton arriving approximately at 9:00-10:00. They will then head to the City of Auburn for lunch, and on to Waterloo to view the train depot at 2:00-2:30.
