Request for Qualifications

The Town of Waterloo invites consultants to submit their qualifications to help us complete an update to our Master Compliance Plan looking at the overall collection system and wastewater treatment plant. The Master Compliance Plan will identify projects, with implementation dates, based on anticipated funding, that should bring the Town into compliance with our NPDES Permit and Amended Agreed Order.

If you are interested in providing the required services, please submit six (6) copies of your Statement of Qualifications no later than 4:00 PM (local time), on February 8, 2018, to the Waterloo Town Hall, 280 South Wayne Street, P.O. Box 96, Waterloo, IN  46793.  Envelopes should be sealed and clearly labeled “Statement of Qualifications for the Waterloo Sanitary and Stormwater Sewer Plan”.

The Town of Waterloo may or may not negotiate the fee schedule with one or more firms.  The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.  The Town is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Firms may request additional information, a site visit, or clarification regarding the Statement of Qualifications by contacting Tena Woenker, Waterloo’s Town Manager, at (260) 837-7428.
